When playing poker, it’s important to play only with money you are willing to lose. A good rule of thumb is to set a bankroll that allows you to gamble 200 buy-ins at the highest limit you’re comfortable playing, and to stop gambling when you reach that amount. It’s also a good idea to track your winnings and losses to help you improve. If you want to get better at poker, practice frequently – both against other players and artificial intelligence programs.
